Event Registration Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or accepting a registration for Our Future Blueprint, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Event organiser and venue

Son of Thunder is an organisation based outside the United States in whom all communication is to run through.

Axios Church is the host venue only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Axios Church is not the organiser, ticket seller or provider of the event programme and is not responsible for attendee registrations, payments, refunds, transfers or event communications.

2. Registration and payment

A registration is not confirmed until the applicable ticket price has been paid in full and a confirmation email has been issued.

All ticket prices are stated in United States dollars. Any currency-conversion charges, international transaction fees or other charges imposed by an attendee’s bank or payment provider are the attendee’s responsibility.

The person completing the registration is responsible for ensuring that all attendee names, email addresses and other registration details are complete and accurate.

The Organiser may correct obvious pricing or administrative errors. If an error materially affects a registration, the attendee will be contacted and given the option to confirm the corrected registration or receive a refund.

3. Married couple tickets

A married couple ticket provides admission for two spouses attending the event together.

The names of both attendees must be supplied during registration.

A married couple ticket is sold as one discounted registration package. If only one attendee can no longer attend, the unused place may be transferred in accordance with the Transfer Policy below. No partial refund will ordinarily be provided for one unused place under a married couple ticket.

4. Attendee cancellation and refunds

If an attendee is unable to attend because of a change in personal circumstances, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellation received on or before February 4, 2027: 80% refund of the ticket price paid.
• Cancellation received from February 5 through April 3, 2027: 50% refund of the ticket price paid.
• Cancellation received on or after April 4, 2027: No refund will be provided.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@sonofthunder.org. The date on which the Organiser receives the written request will determine the applicable refund.

Refund percentages are calculated against the ticket price actually paid. Non-refundable payment-processing, currency-conversion or third-party transaction fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Failure to attend, late arrival, illness, changes to personal schedules, transport disruption, visa issues or changes to travel arrangements do not entitle an attendee to a refund outside this policy.

Approved refunds will be returned, where reasonably possible, to the original payment method.

5. Registration transfers

An attendee may transfer their registration to another person up to April 20th, 2027, which is fourteen days before the event begins.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to admin@sonofthunder.org and must include:

• The original attendee’s name and email address;
• The replacement attendee’s full name;
• The replacement attendee’s email address; and
• Any other information reasonably requested by the Organiser.

All resales must be managed through SOT and names on the list will be the final event administration.

After April 20th 2027, name changes and transfers may be declined.

6. Conversion to livestream attendance

If an in-person attendee’s circumstances change, they may request that their registration be converted to livestream attendance.

Requests must be received no later than April 20, 2027, which is fourteen days before the event begins.

A conversion to livestream attendance does not constitute a cancellation. Unless expressly agreed otherwise by the Organiser, no refund or credit will be provided for any difference between the in-person and livestream ticket prices.

After April 20, 2027, the Organiser cannot guarantee that an in-person registration can be converted to livestream access.

Livestream access is for the registered attendee or registered couple only. Access links, login details and recordings must not be shared, copied, publicly displayed, resold or distributed.

The Organiser is not responsible for an attendee’s internet connection, device compatibility, local network restrictions or other technical issues outside the Organiser’s reasonable control.

7. Event changes

The Organiser may make reasonable changes to:

• Speakers or presenters;
• Session topics;
• Daily schedules;
• Session times;
• Other programme details.

Such changes do not ordinarily entitle an attendee to a refund, provided the event continues substantially as advertised.

Attendees should monitor the email address used during registration for important event updates.

8. Event postponement or cancellation

If the Organiser cancels the event and does not reschedule it, registered attendees will be offered a refund of the event ticket price paid.

If the event is postponed, registrations will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled dates. An attendee who cannot attend the rescheduled dates may request a refund within fourteen days of receiving the postponement notice.

The Organiser is not responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, loss of earnings or any other costs incurred by attendees.

9. Circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control

The Organiser will not be responsible for delay, disruption, relocation, postponement, format changes or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic restrictions, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, transportation disruption, border closures, venue unavailability, power or internet failure, strikes, emergencies, illness or incapacity of essential presenters, or other comparable events.

Where reasonably possible, the Organiser may respond by rescheduling, relocating or delivering all or part of the event through livestream or another online format.

The Organiser will communicate the available options to registered attendees and will act reasonably in determining whether a refund, credit, transfer or alternative access will be provided.

10. Travel and entry requirements

Each attendee is solely responsible for arranging and paying for their:

• Passport;
• Visa or travel authorisation;
• Flights and ground transportation;
• Accommodation;
• Meals;
• Travel insurance;
• Medical insurance; and
• Compliance with US entry requirements.

Purchasing an event ticket does not guarantee entry into the United States.

The Organiser cannot provide immigration advice or guarantee that an attendee will receive a visa, travel authorisation or permission to enter the United States.

11. Conduct and venue requirements

Attendees must behave respectfully and comply with reasonable instructions from the Organiser, event staff, security personnel and venue representatives.

The Organiser may refuse entry or remove an attendee whose behaviour:

• Threatens the safety or wellbeing of another person;
• Is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or seriously disruptive;
• Damages the venue or another person’s property;
• Interferes with the delivery of the event;
• Violates venue rules or applicable law; or
• Is otherwise considered materially inappropriate.

An attendee who is refused entry or removed because of their conduct will not ordinarily be entitled to a refund.

Attendees are responsible for any loss or damage they intentionally or negligently cause.

12. Health, safety and accessibility

Attendees are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to attend and participate.

Any accessibility requirements should be communicated to the Organiser as early as possible. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated.

In an emergency, attendees must follow the directions of venue staff, event staff and emergency services.

13. Photography, filming and recordings

The event will be photographed, filmed, livestreamed or otherwise recorded.

By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs, video or audio captured during the event. The Organiser may use event recordings and images for event delivery, archives, education, promotion and related organisational purposes.

Attendees with particular privacy or safety concerns should contact the Organiser before the event so that reasonable arrangements can be considered.

Attendees may not professionally record, livestream, reproduce, sell or distribute event sessions without prior written permission from the Organiser.

All teachings, presentations, slides, recordings, written materials, graphics and other event content remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

14. Personal information

The Organiser will collect and use attendee information for purposes connected with:

• Processing registrations and payments;
• Communicating event information;
• Providing tickets and livestream access;
• Managing event entry and attendance;
• Administering refunds and transfers;
• Meeting safety, legal and operational requirements; and
• Providing relevant follow-up communications.

Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to process payments, manage registrations, deliver emails, provide livestream access or operate the event.

Personal information will not be sold to third-party advertisers.

15. Assumption of responsibility

Attendance and participation are voluntary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each attendee accepts responsibility for their own personal decisions, travel arrangements, possessions, health and wellbeing while attending the event.

The Organiser is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless directly caused by the Organiser’s proven negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, the Organiser’s total liability arising from an attendee’s registration or attendance will not exceed the amount that attendee paid for their event ticket.

16. No guarantee of personal outcomes

The event is provided for educational, inspirational and community purposes.

The Organiser and presenters do not guarantee any particular spiritual, personal, professional, financial, physical or other outcome from attending.

Event content is not a substitute for personalised medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, subject to any mandatory rights or laws that apply in Tennessee or elsewhere and cannot legally be excluded.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a reasonable, good-faith attempt to resolve the matter directly.

18. Acceptance of terms

By completing a registration, purchasing a ticket, accepting a transferred ticket or attending the event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If purchasing on behalf of another attendee, you are responsible for providing that attendee with a copy of these Terms and obtaining their agreement.

The Organiser may update these Terms where reasonably necessary. Any material changes affecting existing registrations will be communicated to registered attendees.
